I chose Revenant
because the other two aren't very suiting to the game in my
opinion, the first seems to be a name from a Middle-Eastern
country which wouldn't work at all, and the other reminds me of
reverend, not a good thing.
Revenant has a nice ring to it, that's my choice.

A 'Desert
Wanderer' is the thing that really suits the Yuri Heroes. Yuri,
who defected, are against everyone all over the world... and
that makes Yuri a loner.
Having a hero who possess this elements could change the
atmosphere of the game as this names will bring out more
strategic elements in battle...
'The Desert Wanderer' is like a living legend and no one can
found it while the 'ghost' is like... already dead.

I hope this new
Yuri hero can walk alone in the fields, like Tanya and Boris
can. Yuri is always overwhelmed when he's mind controlling
anything.
Khamsin sounds Arabic, and since YR2 is gong to be more
realistic, with the terrorist war that is still going, I choose
for that. OK, I know we don't want a Dr. Thrax clone, but this
is a nice name :P

Seriously, I like Khamsin. (or Khasmin, as I keep misspelling it
before I check.)
Revenant, as someone mentioned, generally refers to something
returning from the past, a description not really fitting to
your ideas for him. (though mercenaries are mostly a thing of
the past nowadays) And Reverent sounds stupid as a noun; it
should be Reverend, but that would get too confused with the
religious title.
