If you wish to contact me
because you are having troubles with any of my projects, I suggest you first read the
Frequently Asked Questions in the appropriate readme file for the project to see if your
question has already been answered.
If you are not satisfied with the answer
there, or your question does not come up, then I suggest you go to the C-GEN Forums and ask the general
public there. Not only is it quicker, but another forum member may give you the answer
before I have a chance to look at it. I highly recommend this option as then your problem
can be viewed by more than just myself and other people that may be experiencing the same
problem can also find the solution there. If I find that the problem is common, I will
update the appropriate project's FAQ accordingly.
Finally, if you really are desperate to get
in touch with me personally, I first want to go through a list of Do's and Don'ts with
regards to e-mailing or messaging me, to save me and you the time of waiting for an answer
that I may not bother sending because you didn't follow these rules.
Do's
Send me a troubleshooting question about
any project of mine or about MooMan's Corner in general. I'd be happy to
answer them. Only send me questions if it has not been answered in the project readme file
already, or one of the styles of questions in the Don't section.
Be specific when asking a question,
detail is everything. Otherwise it's difficult for me to understand what you're trying to
ask me, and I may ignore it.
Submit your comments or suggestions
towards projects of mine, ideas for new projects or even MooMan's Corner
itself. I welcome them.
Check if you have the latest version of
the project before asking me anything, MooMan's Corner will always have the
latest version available for any project of mine.
Include a detailed subject line when
sending me an e-mail. Ones without a subject header will be deleted.
Don'ts
Send me any questions that have been
answered in a project readme file, I won't reply to them.
Ask me 'when is this or that coming out?'
or questions of that sort. For the latest information about future projects of mine, MooMan's
Corner here will have it on their newspage or on the forums.
Send me any flame messages or chain
letters, so far the messages which I've gotten aren't like this, and I hope it stays that
way. Do this and your e-mail/address and any future messages from you will be ignored.
Send me any attachments via e-mail,
unless I have specifically asked you to. For attachments that I have accepted be sent, I
will only open it if the file is an archive (e.g. .zip/.rar) format. Less chance of a
virus infection that way.
Spam (send me repeated messages or
nonsense messages). You will be blocked.

the [at] with the @ symbol as this reduces chances of spam getting to my inbox)
